As manager at EY, Malte is responsible for the operational part of transactions. He has several years of experience in financial and operational restructuring as well as in support of integration and carve-out activities.
Additionally, he has ten years of professional experience in the banking and financing sector and worked a couple of years for a start-up in the field of renewable energies as a funds and operating manager.
Through his MBA in Innovation and Business Creation at TUM and UC Berkley, Malte is the go-to-person for start-ups in our Munich EY-Office.
His diverse expertise enables Malte to bring first hand operational experience to the table, when talking with industry clients or start-ups.
